Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, preferably in the packaging industry, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production operations and workflow to meet targets
• Implement and maintain quality control standards
• Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency
• Oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in production management
• Knowledge of corrugated packaging manufacturing processes
