Packaging Design Engineer

We are looking for a talented Packaging Design Engineer to join our design team in Mumbai. As a Packaging Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and sustainable packaging solutions that meet our clients' needs while minimizing environmental impact.

Responsibilities:

• Design corrugated packaging solutions that are both functional and sustainable
• Work closely with clients to understand their packaging requirements
• Create 2D and 3D packaging designs using industry-standard software
• Develop prototypes and samples for testing and client approval
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable
• Stay updated on industry trends and sustainable packaging innovations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Package Design, Industrial Design, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in packaging design, preferably in corrugated packaging
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and CAD programs
• Strong understanding of structural packaging design principles
• Knowledge of sustainable materials and eco-friendly design practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Portfolio demonstrating creative packaging design solutions
